LSU wins NCAA finals: Haleigh Bryant made 8-year dream come true in senior year

The LSU Tigers did it! For the first time ever, the Louisiana women’s gymnastics team has won the NCAA Women’s Gymnastics Championship Finals and the festivities have begun! In one of the most exciting finals in the event’s history, the Tigers won with a final score of 198.225, defeating some truly heavyweight opponents.

Understandably, those at LSU are having a hard time dealing with the emotions right now, and no one seems to be enjoying this time more than Haleigh Bryant. The “gym slam” member has been with the Tigers for a long time and her dream of being at the top of the national gymnastics food chain has finally come true.

In its latest X (formerly Twitter) post, the official LSU Gymnastics account shared Bryant’s joy in an ecstatic way. “This is something I’ve been dreaming about since I was here in eighth grade“, reads the triumphant caption of the post.

Bryant, Olivia Dunne and all of their teammates have been putting their best foot forward all season, and finally, Jay Clark’s athletes can enjoy a well-deserved break as they return to Baton Rouge to share their victory with the rest of the team. the LSU students.
