Eagles finish in 10th place at the ACC Championship

WILMINGTON, NC. — Boston College finished 10th at the 2024 ACC Championship, held at Porters Neck Country Club.

The Eagles posted a team score of 881 through 54 holes. After an opening round of 297, BC improved by eight shots in the opening round to score a 1-over par 289 on Friday. Boston College compiled a team score of 290 on Saturday’s final day of play and led the field in total pars, with 189 .

Cynthia Zhang was BC’s top finisher, finishing in 20th place (71-73-74 = 218). Zhang’s best round was a 1-under 71 in Thursday’s open round. She shot a second round 73 and finished with a final round 74.

Emily Böhrer finished in a shared 38th place (78-70-74=222). She fired the low round of the week for the Eagles – a second round 70 (-2).

Stephanie Kim And Angel Lin shared 42nd place. Kim’s (75-73-75=223) best round was a 1-over 73 on Friday, while Lin (74-77-72=223) shot an even-par 72 on Saturday. Canice Screen tied for 45th place (77-73-75=225).
